Filter class and filtration stages
H13 HEPA media captures 99.95% at the most-penetrating particle size and covers the majority of abatement, renovation and surface-prep work. H14 is available where a project or infection-control plan calls for it. Where the load is heavy we add pre-separation so the HEPA stage is not blinded within the first hour.
Hose length, diameter and reach
Airflow at the tool is what actually picks material up. Long runs and small-diameter hose kill it. Tell us the distance from the machine to the work face, whether the run goes up scaffolding or through an anteroom, and we size hose diameter and unit capacity so velocity holds at the nozzle.
Tooling and attachments
Floor brushes, crevice and wand sets, shroud adapters for grinders and saws, and wet pick-up configurations for slurry. Tool-triggered use on a grinder or sander needs a different setup than open-floor cleanup, so we match the attachment package to how the crew will actually work.
Containment and disposal handling
Bagged collection, drum-top setups, and bag-out procedures for regulated material. For high-throughput dry powder handling we can quote a bag-dump configuration instead of a standard drum.
Duration, quantity and site logistics
Single-shift turnaround, multi-week renovation, or a plant shutdown needing several matched units and spare filters on site. We plan delivery, swaps and spares around the schedule so a filter change does not stop the job.

- What counts as a custom rental?
- Anything outside our standard package: an unusual hose run, a specific filter class, a tooling set for a particular machine, wet and dry on the same job, multiple matched units, or spares staged on site for a shutdown.
- Can you handle combustible dust?
- Our standard rental units are HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums and are not represented as explosion-proof or as suitable for flammable or explosive atmospheres or for every combustible powder. Tell us the material and we will say plainly whether our equipment fits your dust hazard analysis.
- How long does a custom spec take?
- Most configurations come from stock and go out within a normal delivery window across Greater Houston. Unusual tooling may add lead time, and we tell you that up front rather than after you have booked.
- Can we test it before committing?
- Yes. For most Greater Houston jobs we bring the configured unit to your site and run it on the actual material at no charge, so you see recovery on your dust before the rental starts.
